1) User Acess Provisioning, Amendment & Removal

Grant / Revoke User Access Rights

1. Process the Account Request Form Raised by the Requestor.
2. Ensure All Information are Correct and Approval from Head of Division (HOD) are Sought.
3. Seek Approval from System Owner.
4. Implement the Approved Request.
5. Verify the Completion of the Request.
6. Inform Requestor and File the Evidence Upon Completion of the Request.

2) Trigger & Coordinate the Access Review.

1. Request or Retrieve List of Access Request from Systems & Monthly Leaver List from FM.
2. Perform First Level Check for Unnecessary Account (Example: Inactivity > 90 days, Staff Left Organisation etc).
3. Send Reminder to Staff to Access System, If Inactive >60 Days.
4. Perform Sanity Check & Generate the Access Review List by Division.
5. Send the Request to Division for Review.
6. Ensure the Return Result with HOD Approval.
7. File the Evidence to Central Repository Upon Completion of Review.
8. Follow-up Based on the Request Result. (Example: Send Request to Division to Submit Account Request Form if New Account is Required for Staff)
9. Ensure All Approved Request Are Implemented as Per the SOP & Within the Stipulated Timeline

Job Scopes:

HR:

1. Coordinate recruitment process (ie online job posting, work with recruiters, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinate interviews etc)
2. Coordinate all personnel onboarding and offboarding matters
3. General HR administrative tasks, ensuring accurate documentation and record-keeping of employees and Company assets
4. Handle the administration of insurance policies, claims, benefits, allowances and incentives
5. Perform MOM work permit/pass applications, renewal, and cancellation
6. Organise Company's cohesion and welfare events
7. Organize and coordinate travel plans for staff
8. Facilitiate performance and probation reviews

Admin:

1. Administer Government Supports and Grants application
2. Manage Company's office and assets (ie Access, upkeep, distribute and account for IT assets, incoming mails, liaising with vendors and building management etc)
3. Ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• At least 2 years experience in a HR role
• Able to write and converse well in English
• Experience in XERO software preferred
