· Recruitment and onboarding: Coordinates recruitment & selection process, including induction activities. Handle all work passes related application in WP Online and EP Online

· Compensation and Benefits: Administration of workers movements such as resignations, transfers, promotion, benefits and overseas travel claims. Handle employees' medical insurance, workmen injury compensation & group hospitalization

· Shipment Coordination: Communicate with logistics and freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery of orders and documents

• Logistically transport wafer lots between equipment within cleanroom and between worksites.

Reporting to the Director, Centre for Functional Movement & Enabling Technologies, this role will be to provide research, technical and administrative support to the investigators.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical trials, design experiments, collect and analyze data from projects / research studies
• Assist in 3D printing service to meet research and clinical needs, including working with clinicians and allied health professionals to innovate and provide clinical applications and solutions
• Assist in data analysis of MRI, EEG, EMG, and motion analysis data
• Source for, design, or modify mechanical parts for experiments
• Write and publish research papers in journals and conferences
• Present research findings at international workshops, conferences and internal project meetings

Rise Kids and Teens is looking for an assistant therapy centre manager to help with the busy day to day running of our childrens therapy clinic. Minimum 5 years experience in a similar setting preferred and familiarity with Plato software beneficial. Must be able to problem solve on the spot while helping to create a welcoming environment for our clients to come to. This will be a front of house position welcoming clients and scheduling our therapists. Knowledge of the different therapy offerings is essential. Must have a "can do" attitude and be willing to help in all areas of the centre.
