We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Director/Senior Assistant Director of Corporate Services to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will manage the corporate services functions at IME, which include administration, purchasing, budgeting, resource planning, and other corporate support, ensuring efficient and effective operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the Corporate Services functions.
• Lead the annual budget exercise and forecast reporting. Oversee the preparation, monitoring and management of funds.
• Provide financial insights and strategic advice to support business planning and decision making.
• Drive transformation efforts by proactively reviewing and suggesting improvements to operational efficiency and cost control.
• Maintains strong internal controls and governance, balancing public accountability, prudent use of funds, and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Preferably at least 8 years of relevant experience, with minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills in decision making.

• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Familiar with SAP and proficiency in data analytics/visualization tools like Power BI will be beneficial.

Job Summary:

The Job:

• Manage content projects and support business teams globally
• Execute and maintain social media content calendar for several industry verticals
• Develop end-to-end social media content, which includes copywriting, graphic design, and short videos where relevant
• Maintain brand and product content across Wilmar’s site and third-party partner sites
• Support marketing campaigns where relevant, including newsletters and advertisements
• Develop a keen sense of SEO to boost brand and product searchability across key sites
• Develop key product copy for focus products, to be used across online and offline collateral and key documents
• Deliver key marketing collateral, including product brochures, newsletters, and customer presentations, from design to copywriting
• Support global tradeshows throughout the year, with a focus on booth and printed collateral designs

Pre-requisites:

• G.C.E. ‘O’ level or Diploma holder
• Strong commercial and corporate copywriting skills with creative communication abilities
• Experience in product or content marketing, proficiency in MarCom mediums such as emails, websites, social media, press releases, printed collateral, trade shows, commercial presentations, and short videos, with content asset production.
• Multi-tasking and time management skills
• Self-motivated individual with a strong sense of curiosity
• Proficiency in Chinese copywriting, and skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or graphic design, would be an advantage.

Purpose of the Job

Reporting to Finance Manager to support the finance department in carrying out the responsibilities of the accounting department.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform financial accounting for a full set of accounts; monthly/quarterly/year-end closing
• Main PIC to work closely with Shared Service Centers (SSC) on posting/reviewing of daily/month-end closing journal entries
• Prepare external audit deliverables and support Group reporting requirements on a monthly/quarterly basis
• Perform monthly variance analysis on B/S & P/L
• Prepare and review intercompany cost allocation and recharges/billings
• Work closely with Business PICs to ensure that accruals are accurately recorded in the books
• Support in the training of new joiners on Finance policies
• Prepare presentation materials periodically for the management (Financial / Managerial accounting matters)
• Work with internal or regional teams for continuous improvement of processes
• Support key regional projects including new / changes in accounting standards, financial systems
• Continuously improve and optimize our financial workflows and conventions and use existing technology tools and applications to increase efficiency and automation

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent
• More than 5 years of experience with a mix of Big 4 accounting firm and commercial experience
• CPA/CA or equivalent preferred
• Experience in SAP is required
• Possesses an in-depth understanding of accounting principles and company procedures.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong business sense with good financial analysis
• Advanced Excel skills, experience with building financial / budgeting models

Responsibilities

• Manage IT infrastructure (including SDWAN and cybersecurity solutions), servers (including VM) and backup solutions (on-premises and cloud)
• Manage various IT assets including user PC, Retail POS and peripherals, printers (including barcode printers), electronic shelf labels, digital signage, mobile phones and tablets etc.
• Manage various SAAS solutions including Microsoft 365
• Problem solving, troubleshooting & user support
• Project management of IT initiatives
• Liaising with various external vendor solution providers
• User training, UAT, user/system documentation and change management.
• Assist in developing and implementing IT policies, protocols, procedures, solutions, and best practices including incident reporting on containment and remediation.
• Be part of project management team on IT initiatives (including system updates and migrations) starting from managing timelines, requirements gathering, specifications, sourcing of solutions, evaluation of solutions, managing implementation process including UAT, user training and system documentation.
• Assist to conduct regular system audits, regular checks on network and data security and testing to detect issues within the IT systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve and update software and systems for higher productivity.

Prerequisites

• Minimum 3 years work experience in IT support, systems administration, or network management, experience in setting up or maintaining basic infrastructure (networking, server setups) is a plus.
• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or related field.
• Familiar with configuring and maintaining servers, workstations, and network devices.
• Good analytical, logical and problem-solving skills.
• Team player and able to independently and self-motivated.
• Able to communicate clearly with both technical teams and non-technical staff.
