[What we are looking for]

Requirements:-

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in public procurement

• Possess good analytical and problem solving skills to address cross functional work issues

• Good verbal and written communication

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint

• Hands on experience with procurement platform, GeBIZ, and Cumulus (Workday) system will be added advantage

Successful candidate will be offered a 2-year contract in the first instance.

Responsible For

• General administrative, accounts and HR support on a flexible basis

• You will be supporting the company’s Singapore HQ operations at the administration, accounts /

finance and employee facing levels. Supporting work for overseas subsidiaries may also form a part of your duties.

• Arrange, coordinate, and manage team calendars and prioritize schedules to support the business

• Procurement of general purchases, support corporate and staff meetings and events, maintenance of office supplies and equipment, organize any essential services as required to support the team effectively

• Organize team travel arrangements, travel itineraries and expense claims as required

• Assist in coordinating communication between the global team members, take notes at important meetings

• Organize files, correspondence, data as required to support our teams in Singapore and Australia

• Support general accounting and finance duties as required including assisting with bank reconciliations for parent company and subsidiaries

• Support HR service provider including any assistance required to prepare and administer employee benefits, payroll, coordinate immigration requirements, post job openings, on-boarding of employees, new hire announcements and other duties as required

• Work with translators or relevant software to ensure the company’s documentation and customer facing products are error-free in all relevant languages

• Help facilitate synergy within the team and support high-level project/people management duties as required

• Engage and support any other initiatives as demand arises

• Work towards your own personal long-term goals

Your Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or equivalent. Experience of working in a start-up is a plus

• Pro-active, self-starter, initiative-taker

• Meticulous, organized team player able to deal with and effectively juggle daily deadlines while balancing weekly and monthly priorities in terms of deliverables

• Unshakable integrity

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Strong command of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & GSuite softwares

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• High sense of confidentiality and discretion, awareness of data privacy management

• Passion for sustainability and cleantech (previous experience in this field is nice-to-have but not a

must)

Job Description:

You will be part of a tight, close-knit warehouse team that manages the daily operational warehouse functions for THE WINE DISTRIBUTION CO. (TWDC).

Together as a team, you will support the Warehouse & Logistics Manager in ensuring proper maintenance of warehouse inventory, updating of shipment records, ordering of required items and ensuring accurate information is put on record.

• Safe movement or inventory and materials across facilities; sorting, organizing and storing of inventory in proper locations
• Picking, packing and labeling of items correctly, ensuring accurate processing of inventory for delivery
• Removing inventory from trucks / shipment delivery for stocking or delivery to proper locations
• Checking of delivered items to ensure quality / quantity is correct
• Reporting of any possible damaged or missing inventory to direct Supervisor
• Stacking and organizing of large / bulky items using proper machinery where required
• Updating of logs and documentation for inventory processing
• Generation of Purchase Orders / Delivery Orders, and due follow-up tasks
• Maintenance of good housekeeping in warehouse and retail spaces
• Ensure workplace is free of debris and removal of safety hazards from aisles
• Adhere to safe operating procedures and workplace safety at all times
• Assist is preparation of documentation and inventory for audits
• Any other skill-development or ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Prior related experience in a warehouse environment will be advantageous but not necessary as training and guidance will be provided!
