Looking for Regular Part-time Admin Assistants

The position is available on a Regular Part-time basis

Location: Jurong East - Vision Exchange (5min walk from MRT)

• Job function - Admin support
• Immediate availability
• Monday to Friday, 5hr shift (1pm to 6pm)
• Able to commit at least 15 to 20 hours per week
• $13/hr with CPF
• Progressive wage increment and inclusive of performance bonus

Job Description - Administration

• Support day-to-day administrative duties,
• Data entry, reporting and invoicing,
• Report Uploading,
• Customer service support,
• Answering phone calls and taking appointment bookings and etc.

Job Requirements:

• Strong office administrative skills
• Detail-oriented and meticulous
• Min GCE A' Level or Diploma in any discipline
• Fluent in English (Conversational and Written)
• Competent in Microsoft Office, particularly in Word and Excel
