Job Summary: As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating all operations and projects related matter with various team. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure reports and requests are delivered on time. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the planning and coordination of project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, PowerPoint presentation and documenting minutes.
2. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise.
3. Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or deviations from the plan, escalating to Service Delivery Manager (SDM), Project Director (PD) any necessary requirement from customers.
4. Plan, track and monitor the tasks assigned to the managers, team leaders and members
5. Clear and open communication with customers on operations and project issues or clarifications.
6. Assist in creating of PowerPoint presentation and Excel documents.
7. Provide administrative support as needed, such as managing project-related correspondence and other ad-hoc duties.

Our client is a Education Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Customer Service cum Admin Executive to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central area.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Respond to daily emails and phone inquiries
• Provide support, advice, and counseling to students
• Manage graduation processes, including payment verification and document handling
• Coordinate mid-term test deferments and liaise with students and UC
• Handle exam script viewing requests, including coordination with the Exams Office and students
• Explain transfer contracts to students
• Conduct welcome orientations, LinkedIn workshops, and graduation ceremonies
• Perform class visits as needed
• Oversee ad-hoc projects or audit events
• Manage miscellaneous administrative tasks, such as attendance tracking and course evaluations

Requirements:

• Diploma in any field.
• At least 1 year of customer service and 2 years of administrative experience.

Job duties and responsibilities

• Conduct detailed comparisons between historical data in the current and new systems identifying discrepancies and anomalies.
• Verify the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of migrated data against source data.
• Document and report identified data discrepancies and errors, providing clear descriptions, and supporting evidence.
• Resolve data discrepancies through data corrections, adjustments, or clarifications working with CNC.
• Maintain detailed documentation of verification processes, findings, and resolutions.
• Assist in other course administration matters during the gaps of data verification windows.
