The role will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the office by performing a variety of administrative and facilities management tasks.

Responsiblities include:

• Mail Management: Open, sort, and distribute incoming letters from the letterbox.
• Courier Services: Arrange for shipments and manage other courier-related tasks.
• Invoice Handling: Send and upload invoices, ensuring that all necessary supporting documents are included.
• Office Supplies Management: Maintain and order office supplies, including stationery and other essential items.
• Record and track job requests related to facilities management.
• Check and follow up on any reported faults within the office or facilities.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate from Nitec or Higher Nitc
• Office is in west side of Singapore. Candidate is fine with working in the west

Job Description & Requirements
