Maintenance of IT network and infrastructure systems including:

a) Perform on-site corrective maintenance within agreed timescale to restore normal service to users as quick as possible

b) Perform routine preventive maintenance to minimise unscheduled system downtime

Requirements:

• Higher NITEC/ Diploma in Electronics/Information Technology/Telecommunication or related discipline
• Office hours with standby duties when required
• Possess Class 3/3A Driving License is compulsory

Contract Period:

• Initial Term: From 1 October 2024 to 30 September 2025.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm (½ hour lunch break)

Scope of Services:

• Reception Duties: Manage frontline reception counter operations.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• Educational Qualification: Minimum GCE “O” Level.
• Additional Training: Preferably first aid trained.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel.
• Experience: At least 3 years of relevant working experience. Customer service experience and prior experience in a Primary School setting are preferred.
