Scope:

- Have good understanding how platform integration works

- Resolving any operational issues arriving from online marketplaces platform

- Answering online enquiries and as customer Service Team in resolving any customer’s feedback

Job Responsibilities:

• Incoming documents processing: registration in the system, scanning, indexing, checking for originality.
