Job Description

• Position Title: Administrative Support Executive / Admin Executive
• Working Location: Central - Novena
• Working Hours: 5 days (9.30 am – 6.30 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic up to $3000

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the vehicle importation process, including document preparation and submission to authorities.
• Collaborate with customs agents, third-party companies, and government agencies for timely vehicle clearance.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of import documents such as invoices, bills of lading, and permits.
• Monitor shipments and communicate with suppliers to address any issues or delays.
• Maintain and update import records in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Integrate imported vehicles into inventory by coordinating with sales and logistics departments.
• Assist in customs clearance procedures including tariff classification and duty calculations.
• Respond to inquiries about import processes, documentation, and shipment status.
• Keep updated on changes in import regulations and customs procedures to ensure compliance.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving the efficiency of import processes.
• Execute additional duties as required.

• Knowledge of Singapore’s import procedures and customs regulations, including HS codes and GST.
