Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth operations within our car workshop.

Key Responsibilities:

● Prepare and manage purchase orders, delivery orders, sales orders, tax invoices, and other necessary documents.

● Handle internal and external coordination of purchase orders.

● Maintain an updated database and records for team sharing.

● Assist with general administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the office.

● Process expense reimbursements and ensure timely and accurate preparation of reimbursement requests and claims.

● Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

● Minimum ITE/Diploma in Business Administration, or any other relevant field of study.

Job Scope

Assist parents in registration

Take charge of the daily operations of the tuition centre, including keeping the place clean and tidy.

Weekly meetings with tutors and management.

Printing of worksheets and settling attendance and assessment scores.

Communicate with parents on assessment scores.

Handle all communications with parents by taking over the centre’s and branch contact numbers.

Follow up closely with all parents in their enquiries.

Collect payment and issue receipts for tuition fees and trial classes.
