Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing (Shipbuilding)
• Position Title: Project Admin / Project Administrative Coordinator
• Working Location: Jurong East
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30 AM – 5.30 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,000 + Variable Bonus + OT
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide daily price quotes.
• Generate quotes, sales and purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
• Arrange and monitor deliveries, shipments, and project timelines.
• Communicate with customers and suppliers to ensure satisfaction before and after project completion.
• Work collaboratively with all team members to achieve management-set goals.
• Act as the point of contact among customers, suppliers, and contractors for any issues or updates.
• Assist with routine office duties and administrative tasks to support daily operations.
• Handle various tasks and responsibilities as needed.
