Key Responsibilities:

• Drive customer engagement through campaigns and programs, including Rewards Catalogue, promotions, and exclusive events.
• Plan and execute events to increase footfall and sales, managing the entire process from planning to post-event analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop new offerings for the Rewards Catalogue.
• Support sales, marketing, and onboarding efforts for eVouchers and monetization strategies.
• Manage the EDM marketing calendar and performance marketing efforts in collaboration with agencies.
• Coordinate CRM EDM needs with business units and implement data-driven marketing initiatives to drive member footfall and spending.
• Handle digital engagement with members across EDM, SMS, website, in-app, social media, and other digital platforms.
• Set up and manage campaigns using CRM systems and campaign tools. Experience with platforms like Session M, Braze, and Adobe Experience Manager is a plus.
• Assist in marketing operations, business development, and growing loyalty programs, including campaign management, tenant marketing, onboarding, billing, and customer service.

• Active member penetration
• Rewards Catalogue redemption rate
• Revenue generation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years of experience.
• Experience in CRM, EDM marketing, or digital marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Self-motivated, innovative, and adaptable team player.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with experience in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and customer engagement platforms (e.g., Braze, Session M) preferred.

Job Description:

a. Compute worker's wages accurately.

b. Manage the full spectrum of accounts receivable, including invoicing, sending dunning letters, chasing payments, and updating payment details in the system.

c. Prepare monthly reports, such as sales and rental income reports.

d. Assist with operational quotations in the absence of the designated person-in-charge.
