A Database Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining an organization’s databases. Responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring database systems, as well as troubleshooting any issues that arise. Duties may also include modifying and implementing changes to database systems and information, and ensuring that database systems are storing and retrieving data.Responsible for ensuring that database applications and information are accessible to company professionals.

Our client, a renowned Real Estate firm, has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as an Senior Leasing Assistant (Real Estate).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage all aspects of lease administration, including preparing and reviewing lease documents, creating contracts in the system, and updating the tenancy schedule.
• Oversee lease documentation, conduct audit checks on leases and tenants, manage arrears, and perform other related lease management functions.
• Maintain and update records and data in the system.
• Monitor the status of security deposits and lease documentation.
• Handle administrative duties for the department, such as supporting the chat hotline, organizing tenant and departmental events, and maintaining a well-organized filing system for both paper and electronic documents.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess a Diploma in relevant courses
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong admin that does contracts and work in legal/law firm will have added advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel are essential
• Experience in SAP will be an added advantage

• Location: South
• Working hours: Monday – Friday, Office Hours
• Salary: up to S$4,500 and Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
