This is a full-time on-site role for an Admin & Events Assistant located in Singapore.

The Admin & Events Assistant will be responsible for undertaking daily administrative tasks, assisting in event planning and management, and utilising strong organisational and communication skills to support the team. The role will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, managing event logistics, and ensuring smooth execution of events.

Qualifications

• Keen interest in Kbeauty and Korean related pop culture
• Diploma Holder preferred
• Independently manage all administrative matters for the office, receiving office deliveries, office records management
• Managing Singapore entity related administrative tasks
• Liaise with external teams overseas
• Help out with stocktake where required
• Other ad-hoc administrative task

Event Management

• Liaising and managing upcoming vendor events - Watsons, Guardian, Department Stores, Pop Ups
• Managing print and fabrication of items
• Managing delivery and coordinating setup of the fabrications
• Attending events where required

Qualification: Higher NITEC/Diploma

Requirements:

• Degree holder

Key responsibilities:

What you will be doing:

The sales support & admin executive is pivotal in supporting the day-to-day activities of our Chief Commercial Officer and the sales team .

Responsibilities:

· Sales Support: Assist the sales enablement team with day-to-day activities, including sales pitch and administrative preparations.

· Reporting & Analysis: Provide administrative support for sales presentations and proposals.
