• Supervise installation / replacement works on facilities and equipment which are carried out by vendors / contractors and ensures all works are carried out appropriately.

Health and Safety Compliance
• Part of Workplace Safety & Health Committee.
• Ensure all installation/ replacement works carried out by the contractors complied with the safety standards.

Others
• Develop and review work processes pertaining to FM.
• Ad hoc dispatch duties.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
• Maintain and upkeep an inventory list on spares for all centres.

Requirements:
• Holder of Higher Nitec in Facilities Management & Engineering or Integrated Mechanical & Electrical Design
• Preferred at least 2 years of facilities management and project management experience.
• Understand the importance of stewardship.
• Able to travel to various locations.
• Possess a Class 3 driver’s license.
• Able to work independently and as a team.
• Able to interpret single line electrical diagrams and layout plans for ACMV, fire protection and plumbing & sanitary.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support department for daily and administrative works
• Prepare, compile and update Operation and Maintenance Manual for submission.
• Raise Material Requisition (MR) using in-house BC system.
• Assist in sourcing for products, project documentations.
• Assist to liaise with manufacturers and suppliers for product information.
• Assist to monitoring and updating of project deliveries trackers.
• Assist in compiling project material costs of purchased goods and tools record.
• Assist to generate reports, data, and other relevant documents as per project requirements.
• Assist in project monthly progressive claim tabulation.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

• With relevant working experience in admin / project support duties.
• Familiar with Aconex Submission procedure would be added advantage.
