Position: Admin & Sales Support Executive

Salary: SGD2,500 - SGD3,500

Location: Singapore, UBI

Are you an organized and customer-oriented individual looking to kickstart your career in a corporate office environment? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Admin & Sales Support Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing simple sales quotations (training will be provided).
• Assist in updating quoted sales opportunities into sales funnel reports using cloud software.
• Assist in order processing and delivery coordination.
• Support the sales and service delivery team in daily operations and act as a liaison between departments for sales order delivery.
• Communicate with suppliers and customers to ensure the prompt completion of every sales order.
• Provide excellent customer service by conducting timely follow-ups via email and/or phone calls after delivery or service completion.
• Offer additional administrative support, including filing, ordering office supplies, and managing office amenities as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of Diploma
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in a corporate office environment (applicants with a background solely in retail will not be considered).
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Proficiency in Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Positive work attitude, trustworthiness, and a willingness to learn.
• Attentive and adaptable in a fast-paced working environment.
• Immediate availability or a short notice period will be a significant advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

· Attend to customer sales enquiries and prepare quotations.

· Follow up with customers on quotations made.

· Upload completed quotations into Document Management Software.

· Consolidate Pre-requisite information.

· Liaise with customers on new enquiries.

· Provide the best guaranteed service to our customers.

· Back up your fellow colleagues so that the continuity of the service towards the customer is guaranteed.

· Manage customer Purchase Orders.

· Manage customer accounts in ERP system.

· Other administration task and ad hoc duties that are assigned.

Job Requirements:

· Minimum a Diploma in Business or relevant field.

· Candidate with engineering background will have added advantage.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers over the phone and internal stakeholders.

· Have initiative and willing to learn.

· Possess ability to work independently, self-starter, energetic.

· Good Knowledge in ERP system and Microsoft office e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.

Responsibilities:

• Handle correspondence and provide administrative support to envoys
• Communicating and handling incoming/outgoing emails and documents
• General admin duties including data entry

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Able to undertake multiple roles and responsibilities, exhibits initiative
• Pleasant and cheerful personality
• Candidate must be able to communicate well in both English and Mandarin as there is a need to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
