Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison for all fundraising and donation matter, in particular managing the staff donation process.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive view of staff donations through preparation and analysis of regular reports.
• Coordinate with key stakeholders such as HR, Payroll, Shared Services, Finance and Advancement Office to ensure seamless operations of the staff donation process.
• Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to staff donations through regular report monitoring and communication with relevant parties.
• Collaborate with team members and other key stakeholders in streamlining the donation process.
• Assist Finance and Advancement office in collating the information needed for reports such as annual reports, progress reports to donors, publication etc.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial records and reports.

• Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative to address issues before they escalate.

• Assist in scheduling of patients’ appointments using SAP especially for hearing test, hearing aid services and special arrangement in community clinics.
• Work with the audiologists to ensure a positive experience for the patients along the continuum of care and devise innovative ideas to improve the delivery of care and delight patients.
