• Assist the Outlet Manager in the operations of outlet
• Drive revenue, maximise profits and minimize cost of the outlet
• Establish good relations with guests, handle all guest requests or enquiries in a prompt, professional and sincere manner
• Ability in handling customers’ feedback and maintaining high service standards
• Responsible in maintaining overall cleanliness of outlet area
• Form robust relations with team members and assist in their development
• Manage staff discipline, appearance and work performance
• Co-lead the team to achieve high quality services delivered to guests at all times.
• Responsible for recruitment, orientation and training of staffs
• Responsible for monthly staff’s schedule planning
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess min. Diploma in Food and Beverage or equivalent;
• Candidate must possess at least 3 years relevant experience KTV/Restaurant Service/Retail or equivalent
• Acute financial management skills, strong business acumen and excellent knowledge of latest sales and marketing trends
• Strong customer service and problem solving skill
• Strong planning and people management skill to lead a dynamic service team
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility is a must so is the ability to multi-task, work under pressure and with short deadlines
• Able to work in fast-paced F&B environment
• Able to commit shift work, weekends and public holidays
• Proficient in MS Office applications for administrative work

• Prepare Financial Statements
• Handle Field Audits
• Prepare Bank Reconciliation
• GST Filing
• Prepare Sales Journals
• Compile Financing Statements/Documents for Banking Facilities
• Debtors / Creditors Control
• Prepare Shipping Documents – (Import and Export) and Monitor Shipments
• Full set of HR function
• Office and Administration matters
• Provide secretarial and clerical support to management personnel.
• Receptionist duties
• Guides and overseas the performance of Accounts & Administration Officer.

Requirements

• ‘O’, ‘A’ Level or Diploma in Accounting or relevant field
• 3 years’ experience in accounting or relevant field
• Skills in Accounting Software, MS Office & Infotech HRMS System
• Good Communication skills
• Positive can-do attitude
• Willingness to learn
• Organised and neat
