Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints via phone, email, or chat.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while assisting customers with their needs.
• Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive customer loyalty.

Telemarketing:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.

Administrative Support:

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact at the student hostel and for guests to the group ofcompanies.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, mails and other communications, and respond to clients’ inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and escalating major concerns to management when necessary
• Arrange courier service as and when (local and international)
• Perform procurement duties adhere to the purchasing policy
• Prepare booking contracts and payment update in the system/portal
