What you'll be doing

• Source and hire quality candidates through diverse recruitment channels to meet current and new manpower needs
• Coordinate with HR Shared Services for seamless onboarding and offboarding processes
• Provide HR administrative support, including;
• Liaising with uniform vendors for allocation and updates
• Processing monthly allowance disbursements for pre-service sponsorship students and interns
• Arranging pre-employment medical exams for interns and managing their monthly allowances
• Submitting funding claims to MOH in a timely manner
• Maintaining and updating employee training and vaccination records for audits
• Organise logistics for HOD meetings and employee engagement sessions
• Support ad-hoc HR tasks to ensure smooth operations

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree level in Human Resource/ Business
• 1 - 2 years experience in Human Resource, preferably in Healthcare setting or large setting corporation

JOB REQUIREMENT

Job Responsibilities

· Proactively visit existing and new specialist doctors to establish strong relationships and identify new business opportunities

· Acitively generate new business by introducing doctors to the imaging MRI centres, driving referrals and ensure sustained partnerships

· Build relationships with key channel suppliers(insurance companies, GP clinics) to foster long term collaboration and business growth

· Identify and develop B2B and B2C consumer segments to expand the customer base.

· Conduct regular competitive analysis and pricing research to ensure competitiveness

· Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns from concept to completion

· Ensure the timely rollout of marketing plans with coordination with different stakeholders

· Build brand awareness through promotional packages and adjust strategies accordingly

· Compile and maintain comprehensive products/services offering lists

Requirements

· At least a diploma in Business or Marketing

· At least 2 years sales experience, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry

· Self motivated with the drive to meet new doctors to the centres

· Result-driven, with proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
