Requirement

• Diploma or Degree with minimum of 1-2 years of experience in social sector or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
• Good in communications, writing, activity planning, admin reporting and presentation skills.
• Possess critical thinking, strategic planning, effective time management skills.

Work Locations:

Various locations in Singapore

Job responsibilities:

• Welcoming of parents and students at the respective education centers.
• Assisting students with taking attendance via the system.
• Assisting students with locating their classroom and amenities, such as nearest restrooms and location of their courtesy phone.
• Ensuring that aisles, walkways, and designated waiting areas are clear, clean, and safe.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

- Min GCE ‘O’/‘N’/‘A’ Levels/Diploma/NITEC in any discipline

- Possesses good interpersonal communication skills

- Able to start work IMMEDIATELY !

- Able to commit until 14 Jan 2025.
