Responsibilities
- Day to day accounts matters (AR/AP)
- Month-end duties: Reconciliation of bank statements, preparation of statement of accounts
- Liaise with customers for matters related to outstanding payment
- Prepare outgoing payments to suppliers
- Day to day administrative matters such as data entry and filing
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements
- Meticulous and well organised
- Hardworking and willing to learn
- Basic accounting knowledge is a plus
- Ability to work independently on assigned duties
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel Spreadsheet
- Entry level is also welcome
