Role Description

Join us as a Business Development Executive in our Singapore office, in a dynamic full-time, hybrid role. This position is at the heart of our expansion strategy, focusing on growing our cybersecurity solutions and specialized training programs in information security. You will drive new business development, lead generation, and manage key accounts, with a dual focus on marketing our bespokedcybersecurity services and our comprehensive training solutions. Key responsibilities include:

• Strategically market our cybersecurity solutions and training programs, identifying new opportunities in various sectors.
• Develop and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs to provide tailored cybersecurity and training solutions.
• Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets through innovative sales strategies and effective client communication.
• Manage and expand our client base, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Business Development and Sales, especially in cybersecurity and training solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Skilled in Account Management, with a detail-oriented and analytical approach.
• Efficient time management and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
• Prior experience in the cybersecurity sector is highly valued.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities

You will be mainly responsible for managing operation staff for the daily operation mentioned below while working closely with the client to fulfil the given direction & requirements.

• Prepare monthly MBR report to review operation performance & KPI
• Conduct the Bi-Annual Stock audit in terms of manpower and equipment to meet the requirement. Reporting to the customer for any discrepancy found.
• Manage 3rd party transporter to ensure the transporter meets the KPI in terms of punctuality and proper handling of the part during the delivery and collection
• Daily system check to ensure the overall process of operation is fully completed, and KPI is fulfilled
• Daily system check to ensure the EDI signal flows through WMS/TMS system without error.
• Perform the overall hands-on operation in the Finished Goods / Service warehouse and generate inventory count
• Picking using the scanner and scanning serial numbers for all products
• Organizing and monitoring inventory, repacking as and when required
• Loading and unloading packages as per requirement and conducting inbound checking
• Perform the required steps of item receiving and putaway
• Handling returns by completing technical documentation and other required communication

Job Requirements

• Min. 7 years experience in Logistics and Supply Chain Managerial role
• Deep Understanding & Knowledge in WMS & TMS
• Proficient in Ms Excel and Ms Power Point for reporting purpose
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must
• Forklift License

Responsibilities:

• Support daily customer service , including complaints (enquiries, calls, emails)
• Arranging delivery for local shipments
• Update and submit daily/monthly reports to customers
• Prepare simple draft logistics billings
• Handle ad-hoc task upon customer request (if any)
• Other ad-hoc operation duties as assigned.

Requirements :

• Able to multi-task, prioritize and time management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
