Corporate Sales Executive

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Involve in Project Sales (different business sectors)
• Manage existing customer accounts on the latest product & services
• Cold calls and sales pitch to outreach and to close deals to new prospect to achieve sales target
• Involve in contract management (after-sales service) in term of pricing/margin and project sales
• Familiar working with Interior designers/contractors/architects, etc
• Work closely with marketing team on all promotion campaigns
• Maintain good customer relationships and retention
• Prepare quotation/proposals to customers in a timely and professional manner in a tight deadline
• Ensure the highest standard of service quality are maintained at all times
• Ensure timely reporting of sales activities, prospects and forecasts
• Manage of CRM and database software to improve on work efficiency
• Perform any other duties from time to time as assigned by superior or management

Requirements :

• Min 'O'/'A'/Diploma in any field of studies
• 1-2 years relevant working experience in sales/marketing/ business development for corporate sectors
• Like to talk & cold-call to new prospects and has "hunter" mindset
• Good communication, analytical, organizing & good customer service, relationship management skills
• Bilingual in languages and computer literate
• Knowledge of CRM or other related software
• Must be an independent, committed, hardworking and proactive team player
• Like to communicate with people
• Able to commerce work immediately or at short notice

Responsibilities

• Ensure and track timely collection of monthly instalments
• Plan and execute vehicle movements, such as for servicing, inspection, viewings, deliveries, and inspections
• Establish and implement policies, goals, objectives, and procedures for the department, through liaising with various sales and admin stakeholders
• Provide internal stakeholders with necessary operations support and undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Campaign Planning and Execution:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop offline marketing campaigns aligned with overall marketing objectives and target audience demographics.
• Plan and execute offline marketing initiatives, such as print advertising, events, sponsorships, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and execution of marketing materials and activities.

Event Management:

• Organize and manage offline events, including trade shows, conferences, product launches, and community events.
• Coordinate event logistics, such as venue selection, booth setup, staffing, promotional materials, and catering.
• Engage with event attendees, generate leads, and facilitate networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and customer engagement.

Collateral Development:

• Collaborate with the design team to create offline marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, posters, signage, and branded merchandise.
• Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all offline marketing materials and channels.

Performance Monitoring and Analysis:

• Track and analyze the performance of offline marketing campaigns and activities using relevant metrics and KPIs.
• Generate reports and insights to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities and challenges in the offline marketing landscape.
  

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field; additional certification in event management or marketing is a plus.
• Proven experience (2 years) in offline marketing, event management, or related roles.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.

The Sales Executive Role
