Key Responsibilities:

1) Materials Management Expertise:

• Provide technical advice on optimal materials management SOPs to boost efficiency and minimize loss.

2) Equipment and Facility Maintenance:

• Approve production lines post-clearance and cleaning.
• Investigate abnormalities in collaboration with the Quality department.

3) Pharmaceutical and Nutritional Product Production:

• Develop SOPs for equipment calibration in collaboration with Quality and Validation departments.
• Identify technical adjustments to enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage troubleshooting of equipment defects, faults, and breakdowns.

4) Production Workflows Improvement:

• Produce technical solutions to address constraints, inefficiencies, or deviations in production processes.
• Assess the technical feasibility of enhancing production workflows, equipment, and systems.
• Verify correct installation and programming of new and improved manufacturing equipment and systems.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Pharmaceutical Sciences , Manufactory equivalent certifications.
• 1-3 years of relevant working experience.
• Working knowledge of GMP or GDP in the healthcare industry.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications / Microsoft Power Platform Applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support the HSE Manager in the day-to-day functions related to Marine/HSE operations.
• Monitor PSC inspections and deficiencies and correspond with relevant parties to ensure adherence to international regulations and operational standards.
• Consolidate deficiencies identified in PSC/FSI/Right Ship inspections for the company’s fleet under management.
• Assist in the efficient and safe daily operation of fleet vessels, focusing on cost-effectiveness.
• Assist in maintaining documentation and establishing comprehensive files for future reference in special cases.
• Aid in the accurate accounting of expenses and monitoring of the operating budget concerning HSE.
• Register, monitor, and ensure the implementation of all corrective and preventive actions.
• Assume overall responsibility for HSSEQ matters onboard.
• Develop, implement, and sustain the Safety Management System (SMS) of the company.
• Collaborate with Master/Manning agencies to provide crew briefings on HSSEQ policies, documentation, and procedures.

Purpose and Scope

• Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Head, Asset Management (SG)

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate and schedule all appointments and meetings in a timely fashion.
• Update of meetings in calendaring for appointments via applicable MS Office apps and company platforms.
• Maintain proper filing, correspondence and records in a systematic way.
• Plan and organize internal and external meetings (e.g. coordinate appointments / meetings, conference calls, booking of meeting rooms, refreshment and equipment).
• Inventory management of supplies (e.g. office stationery, copier papers, print cartridges, and pantry supplies).
• Organize and manage the routine calendar and also establish appointment priorities or reschedule appointments / invitation.
• Prepare and process all expense claims (e.g. travel and entertainment expenses and medical claims) accurately and ensure prompt submission of the claims.
• Handle travel arrangement which include booking of airline tickets and accommodation, preparing travel itinerary, visa application and car transfers (e.g. Business trip / Seminars / Training).
• Handle logistics for business trips and meetings.
• Coordinate with training center for staff to enroll courses and attend seminars.
• Apply visitor / contractor entry permits to Jurong Island and promptly notify Security.
• Managing operation procurement requests, service entry sheet and invoice verification.
• Coordinate with cross-functions departments for internal communications or new system roll out.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma graduate with minimum 5 to 8 years’ of experience in providing administrative support for senior management.
