Our Client is a Japan MNC specialize in imaging and incformation technologies. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Account Executive to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central and are easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Complete monthly closing tasks, use SAP for transactions, and create HQ reports.
• Reconcile vendor statements, manage inter-company balances, and update customer records.
• Handle tax-related duties, process withholding tax payments, and assign GST codes in invoices.
• Verify employee expense claims, ensure GST compliance with reimbursement policy via Concur.
• Post and process vendor invoices through Esker and SAP, ensuring timely payments.
• Review GST permits, reconcile with SAP or bank deductions.
• Prepare monthly and yearly audit schedules for internal and external audits.
• Perform other reasonable tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum a Degree in Accountancy, equivalent or related fields, Diploma holders with extensive supervisory experience may also be considered.
• At least 2 years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Proficient in SAP FICO module and Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint presentation).
• Good working knowledge of IFRS & Singapore Tax Regulations.
