Job Responsibilities:

Administrative Support

1. Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including agenda circulation and booking meeting spaces.
2. Take meeting notes and track action items to ensure timely completion.
3. Maintain and update shared drive documentation.
4. Assist the SCRP Team in sourcing, vetting, and coordinating with vendors and suppliers.
5. Coordinate with the Research Team to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.

Events Management & Support

1. Assist in organizing webinars, seminars, workshops, and conferences by:Designing and distributing EDMs and invitations.
   Coordinating with speakers and guests.
   Managing event registrations and attendance tracking.
   Collecting and compiling event feedback.
   Following up with attendees on various requests.
   
2. Provide secretariat support by:Responding to delegate emails and queries.
   Assisting with travel and accommodation arrangements via NTU-appointed vendors.

   Liaising with OIA and Rapporteur Teams.

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Communication/ Marketing / Public Relations or any related course of studies
• Prior experience in healthcare is an added advantage
