• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,800 + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls promptly and professionally.
• Support and coordinate tasks within the sales department.
• Create and manage purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices for accounts receivable and payable.
• Manage and organize import and export documentation.
• Monitor stock levels and inventory movement.
• Perform other related tasks as needed.

• Completion of GCE 'O' Level or possess basic accounting knowledge.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in logistics is a plus.

Position: School Admin Executive
Working Days: 5 Work Days
Location: West Area
Salary: Up to $3500 per month
Key Responsibilities:

Visitor Management:

• Facilitate arrangements for visiting scholars, including soliciting TEP pass documents.
• Organize travel and accommodation for international visitors.
• Process reimbursement claims and honorarium for visitors.

Event Coordination:

• Provide logistical support for school events such as meetings, seminars, conferences, and outreach programs.
• Key tasks include creating EDMs and publicity materials, booking venues, handling registrations and payments, and preparing event programs.

Building Access & Office Management:

• Guide staff, students, and visitors on clearance procedures for lab and office access.
• Allocate office and desk space for new joiners and visitors.
• Maintain updated records for office seating and ensure proper clearance upon exit.

Procurement & Mailing:

• Source vendors and manage procurement for office supplies and services.
• Coordinate mailing of business parcels and correspondence.

Data Management & Analysis:

• Compile and analyze school data as required.
• Support the team with statistical insights and projections for decision-making.

Other Responsibilities:

• Perform ad hoc duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Singaporean (s) only.
• Minimum Diploma / Degree in any discipline.
