Responsibilities

• Collect data to facilitate learner profile and learning needs analyses
• Compile learner profile and learning needs analysis report
• Support reporting officer with the development of industry’s Technical and Generic Skills and Competencies (TSCs and GSCs) of the Skills Frameworks
• Support reporting officer with the development of industry’s learning programmes and channels with reference to TSCs and GSCs
• Support reporting officer with the engagement of stakeholders to understand desired learning outcomes, skills frameworks, and business objectives
• Create learning roadmaps with reference to Career Maps and Skills Maps of the Skills Framework
• Assist with adhoc training logistical requirements (e.g. setting up and tearing down of training venues and coordinating refreshments, tech support, etc)
• Collating of post-training feedback from participants and include into master database
• Administering of assessments during trainings

Requirements

• Degree
• 6 months of training support/ executive and admin experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

• Assist designated airlines with transporting special passengers (NTL- Not To Land, UM - Unaccompanied Minor, Deportee, Offload) to and fro the immigration office and flight gates at Changi Airport.
• Assist designated airlines with completion and submission of flight documents/administrative work.
• Assist and transport passengers requiring special assistance (hearing/visually impaired passengers) at Changi Airport.
• To identify passenger's name, flight information, date, and special service request details, to ensure special needs passengers are taken to the correct destination.
• To communicate and liase with airline staff, immigration officers and other airport staff when required.
• Attend to passengers' enquiries and provide passengers with an excellent customer service experience.
• Be compliant and adhere to SOP and safety standards.
• Any other ad hoc matters assigned by management.
• Ability to read, write and converse in English.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good customer service skills.
• Adaptable to change and a good team player.
• Physically fit and comfortable with walking long distances.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the team on Electro-optics and surveillance systems for preventive and corrective maintenance at sites and vessels
• Update all fault reporting documentation for monthly project meeting
• Liaise with customer for maintenance activities
• Perform in house repair of Electro-Optics equipment
• Perform rotational 24x7 standby services for fault recovery works at various locations
• Able to work offshore and work at height
• Support system setup, testing and installation
