Responsibilities:

• Procurement of new contractual Financial Advisory Consultants (FAC) / Wealth Managers (WM);
• Work collaboratively with Team Leaders and candidates;
• Engage Team Leaders on recruitment matters;
• Forge professional relationships with internal teams and business units;
• Brainstorming on innovative ideas to attract prospective candidates.
• Moderating recruitment webinars / seminars to reach out to potential candidates;
• Conduct briefing and handles enquiries via seminar or social media platforms;
• Interview and getting potential candidates onboard;
• Establish and maintain close relations with institutions for outreach efforts and recruitment tie-ups such as career fairs, webinars etc.

Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline;
• Experience in a Financial Services industry will be an advantage;
• Certifications in CMFAS M5, M9, M9A, HI will have an added advantage;
• Candidates with the passion and right attitude to succeed will be considered;
• Effective communication skills to speak to candidates on an individual basis or in a seminar setting.

The Digital Transformation Office (DTO) contributes towards Income’s vision of insurance made different by conceptualising and constructing new business models and insurance offerings for the digital-first consumer. With the advent of new technologies, the premise of insurance is being rewritten today. Some examples include the first rainsurance in Singapore which protects individuals against fare surge on ride-hailing platforms such as Grab, Go-Jek and the first micro-insurance in Southeast Asia which offers flexible pay-per-trip micro premium and accumulative coverage for Grab drivers.

You will be supporting the General Manager of Digital Business on day-to-day administration support as well as provide administrative support to the larger Digital Transformation Office staff.

The duties include but is not exhaustive of the following:.

1.Provide day to day support to the GM on the following activities:

• Overseas travel arrangements (Flight, Hotel, Claims)
• Corporate credit card and expense management
• Calendaring for meetings, appointments (local / overseas)
• Managing of GM’s signature
• Support on any other ad-hoc projects, as requested

2.Act as department representative to process department wide requests for:

• Ticket request for IT and Application accesses including onboarding / offboarding staff
• Raising of procurement for all purchases relating to the department
• Security access request for accounts
• Manage and coordinate on yearly / half yearly reviews on fixed asset and application accesses
  

Requirements

You will use your industry knowledge and enterprise software sales expertise to identify and qualify deals, leading to sales opportunities with our existing customer base.

· Strong sales execution and continued sharpening of these skills

· Prepare, update, own and execute the Go -To- Market Strategy for nominated industries

· Prepare, own, and maintain Territory Plan for agreed vertical

· Prepare Account Plan including deal action cards, mutual evaluation plans, and power maps for named accounts

· Own the end-to-end sales process including demand generation, understating customer needs, agreeing a mutual evaluation process, owning the RFI/RFP process, building a business case for change and winning business, and utilising resources within a matrix organization to get the job done.

· Manage and maintain complete CRM and Account hygiene, at all times, along with sales cadence, administration and reporting to ensure accurate forecasting
