• Act as the brand custodian, ensuring adherence to corporate brand guidelines and maintaining consistent brand governance across all platforms and materials
• Source and manage branded merchandise for students, visitors, partners etc. to enhance brand presence and engagement

Content Management and Marketing

• Coordinate with Marketing Manager to develop and implement annual marketing and content calendars, translating strategic goals into actionable plans
• Produce compelling content for website, social media, and other platforms, driving brand and program awareness and generating leads
• Day-to-day management of social media platforms, including crafting engaging posts, scheduling content, and responding promptly to inquiries
• Assist the Marketing Manager and work with the relevant teams to execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand positioning, improve visibility and attract prospective students
• Copywriting for marketing materials and communications

Events and Outreach

• Organise and coordinate in-house events such as workshops and talks
• Represent the organisation at external events, such as roadshows, to promote programs and engage prospective students

Reporting

• Conduct regular market research and monitor competitor’s activities and programs, and interpret, present and discuss this intelligence during schedule meetings
• Keep up to date with new developments in policies and industry landscape, anticipate potential negative and positive impacts on the business and adapt strategy accordingly

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within education or a similar industry
• Strong understanding of social media management and content creation
• Excellent written and interpersonal skills
• Experience in event planning and coordination is an advantage
• Highly adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Desired Skills and Experience

Market Research, Microsoft Office, verbal communication skills, social media, Interpersonal Skills, Adaptable, commercial acumen. Able to work flexible hours. Past experience in private education institution and knowledge of EduTrust process an advantage.
