An Account Executive will work closely with the Account Managers, acting as a link between the agency and clients. They will be responsible for the coordination of campaigns/projects and therefore communicating clearly to all those involved.  

It is vital for the Account Executive to understand the needs of the clients, which they will learn through liaising closely with them throughout campaigns, often on a daily basis. Management of administrative and campaign work to ensure that projects are completed on time and on budget will be required. 

Responsibilities:

• Support the Account Managers on campaigns/projects requirements  
• Meet and liaise with clients to discuss and identify their requirements  
• Work closely with agency colleagues to meets the client's brief, budget and timeline  
• Communicate with the relevant departments and teams – in writing - on plans, and changes/actions  
• Present (alongside agency colleagues - particularly the account manager) the campaign ideas and budget to the client  
• Work with the account manager to brief the relevant departments and assist with the formulation of work  
• Ensure that communication flows effectively  
• Present creative work to clients for approval or modification  
• Handle budgets, manage campaign costs and undertake administrative tasks  
• Handle multiple accounts and different campaigns/projects  
• Understand and track client/category needs by staying abreast of trends  

1.Administrative

· Assists in the overall department’s general administration

· Manages and forecasts budgets for Entertainment functions

· Manages and forecasts budget for Lifestyle Sections

2. Event Management

· Club entertainment events, taking primary responsibility for the bi-monthly Club nights. Handles the administration and event management Club nights

· In charge of Socials Sections

3.Special Project Management as assigned by manager

4.Writing & Design

· Ad-hoc designing of posters and other printed collaterals for Entertainment and functions organised by the Sections

· Ad-hoc writing of reports and publications for the Club, including the annual report

5.Live Bands Management

· Day-to-day correspondence with bands

· Contract Negotiations

6.Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations /applicable laws

7.Follow the workplace safety and health system, safe work procedures or safety rules implemented at the workplace.

8.Any other duties/projects as assigned by Supervisor / Management

My client is a well-established manufacturing firm in Singapore. They are hiring a Senior Finance Executive for the finance team in Singapore.

Reporting directly to the Group Finance Manager, you will be managing cash flow planning, monthly performance reporting, analysing of costing and sales and ensure capital efficiency, monthly variance analysis and overseeing transfer pricing. Experience with JOX is advantageous.
