Job description
a) Responsible for the planning, execution, management and successful completion of parking system projects.
b) Manage schedules, attend site meetings, act as a liaison between clients and stakeholders.
c) Prepare documentation, presentations and reports related to project activities and maintain project-related files.
d) Monitor the progress of the projects, ensuring works are carried out within schedule, safety, cost and quality parameters.
e) Handle claims for respective project, invoices and assisting with subcontractor billing.
f) Able to fulfill tasks with minimum supervision inclusive of problem solving in event of challenges.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
a) Qualifications
i. Minimum ITE or Diploma in the relevant field of study.
ii. Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, coordination.
iii. Singaporean only.
b) Experience/Skill/Knowledge/Competencies
i. Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to learn technologies.
ii. Good working attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently.
iii. Strong in building client relationship and people management.
iv. Background in parking, CCTV, alarm or access control system is preferred.
v. Possess own transport.
