Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily office operations and assist with clerical tasks.
• Process invoices and expense reports.
• Handle phone calls and correspondence (e-mails, letters, packages, etc.).
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth workflow and communication.
• Keep good records of the company documentation.
• Other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
