• Prepare orders for Planner and follow-up with customers when there are incompleteinformation or documents.
• Coordination for booking of chemcare in PSA for DG Isotanks or containers.
• Collate information for planner if there are any changes for the day itself for delivery
• Ensure all delivery orders / weighing tickets are received once job completed and forwardto customers as proof of delivery.
• Closing of job orders for billing once job is completed.
• Prepare documents and arrange for dispatch to deliver to shipping lines / customers.
• Attending to customer's request for quotes, checking of trucking rates, invoice discrepancies etc.
• Takeover the duties of customer service/base oil executive during their absence

Job specification:

• Minimum Diploma (General)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in transport logistics industry
• Candidate with Singapore experience will be an advantage

• Preparing payments and petty cash reimbursements.

• Updating sales in food platform eg: Foodpanda , Grabfood , Chopes.
• Managing reconciliation in MYOB system.

Job Responsibilities:

Accounts
• Full set of Accounts and consolidation with Malaysia (eg: GL, AP, AR, Bank reconciliation, forecast, perform financial closing and etc.. )
• Monthly CPF submission and payroll for SG, Malaysia, China
• Monitor and analyze accounting data
• Tax Computation

HR / General Office Affairs :
• Generate HR documents: Employment Contract, Confirmation Letter, etc.
• Maintain and upkeep of HR database accurately, all employee personal files records
• Work Pass administrations and other HR duties as assigned
• Prepare and coordinate employee on-boarding/off-boarding process
• Oversee recruitment process including job advertisement posting, resume screening and arranging of interviews, working with external agencies

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent and above

• Able to work independently
• Diligent and result-oriented and with a strong sense of responsibility to meet tight deadlines
