RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

Seven (7) years of work experience in supporting senior executives on writing, designing, developing, and or implementation of regional projects/programs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting with repair & maintenance issues for stores, head office and central kitchen including but not limited to machines, furniture and outlet fixtures.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with PDI, service centers, and body shops to ensure on-time and accurate supply. Carry out local sourcing and activate overseas sourcing when required.
• Carry out cycle count and Annual stock check with the team. Maintain stock accuracy to the desired level.
• Perform other related ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Head of Department.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma holder with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in Parts and Accessories.
• Computer literacy with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preferably with Class 3 driving license.
