• Applicants with relevant working experience in the related field will be an advantage, however, applicants without relevant working experience are also welcome to apply as full training will be provided;

The Executive / Senior Executive provides casework support to low-income families and individuals in improving their resources and ability to cope with their challenges. He/She manages the senior learning programmes and activities at CDAC Centres and in the community to help seniors stay active and lead a fulfilling ageing journey. He/She also work closely with volunteers who contribute in it.

Key Job Duties

a) Case Management

· Assesses and recommends appropriate financial assistance and other forms of support to families and individuals.

· Supports and monitors families’ progress in improving their resources and ability to cope with their challenges.

b) Programme Management

· Manages the operation of the programme

· Organise activities and projects to engage and support beneficiaries

· Evaluate the activities and projects

c) Stakeholders Management

· Engages volunteers and partners in programme planning and implementation

· Manages volunteers systematically from recruitment, training to providing feedback and recognition.

REQUIREMENTS

· Minimum Degree, preferably in Social Sciences

· Has passion to work with low-income families, seniors and volunteers.

· Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a service-oriented attitude

· Strong organising skills with the ability to work in teams and independently

· Ability to converse in English, Mandarin and preferably a dialect

· Willing to work on Saturday

Job Description:

1. Plan, propose and implement marketing campaigns across online, offline and marketplace platforms

2. Assist the team in writing manuscripts, recording and editing videos and editing pictures. Conceptualise, design and provide copywriting for marketing collaterals

3. Manage various social media platforms and other marketing channels to build and enhance the company's brand awareness.

4. Maintain and improve the company's image, and promote the expansion of the company's sales market.

5. Able to take on ad hoc tasks and administrative work assigned by the company.

6. Perform other ad hoc duty as required

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma or above

2. Familiar with the operation of major social media (Facebook, Instagram, Xiao Hong Shu, WeChat subscription account etc.)

3. Familiar with office software, clear logic, good writing skills, good at copywriting and sharing on social media, and good language expression skills.

4. Proficient in using various photo editing software such as Photoshop, and have strong video shooting and editing and picture editing capabilities.

5. Good aesthetic design ability, have their own creativity and ideas.

6. Serious and responsible work, creative thinking, good teamwork spirit and communication skills.

7. Able to work independently, those with food photography experience are preferred

1. Copywriting and content planning for social media sites like Xiaohongshu, Facebook, Tiktok, and Instagram.

2. Assist the team in writing manuscripts, recording and editing videos and editing pictures. Conceptualise, design and provide copywriting for marketing collaterals.

3. Creating photos, videos, and advertisements. Creating graphic design. keeping up with the features and developments of social media.

4. Work together to produce video and upload content with influencers and other stakeholders. Assist with the administrative tasks of the sales and marketing department.

5.Candidate must be able to handle day-to-day general admin and office matters independently

7.Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by the management whenever required.

Requirements:

2. Candidates with similar experience are preferred, especially in helping stakeholders such as the board of directors and the director of sales to create promotional materials.

3. Knowledgeable about Chinese social media sites like Tiktok, Xiaohongshu, and others.
