• Maintain warranty, goodwill policies and procedures according to the regulations, market needs and company requirements
• Perform warranty internal audit and assist on warranty external audit
• Follow up of cost development for warranty and goodwill and propose corrective measures to the Management
• Ensure that repair charges are strictly enforced to the appropriate accounts
• Enhancements of service warranty guidelines for cost improvement
• Monthly briefing with workshop technician on warranty matters
• Investigate rejected claims, re-appeal and resubmission with compilation of figure for recommendation to the respective managers
• Any other ad-hoc admin duties

Requirements:

• Minimum O Level in any fields with at least 3 years of warranty admin experience in automotive industry
• Computer Literate
• Office Administration skills

Duties and responsibilities:

• Processing of workers' payroll
• Managing all payroll-related activities, including updating the time management system, leave administration and statutory reporting.
• Monitor compensation and benefits processes such as salary revisions and bonus payments
• Handle the application, renewal, and cancellation of employment passes.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives, including organizing employee training sessions and updating the training matrix.
• Communicate with dormitory operators and the company’s dormitory in charge to address worker needs, including arrivals and departures.
• Manage government-related tasks, including IR21, tax clearance, government, and training grants.
• Execute additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma holder.
• Experience working in Civil Engineering & Construction sector
• Experience in processing the full cycle of payroll and reporting payroll tax.
• Well-versed in Employment Act and Income Tax regulations.
• Familiar with using HR system, MS Excel and Word.
• Good command of English.
