Job Scope:

- Handle Day-To-Day Business Operations of Singapore's #1 Education Agency

- Attend to interested clients via various forms of warm leads (form orders, calls, WhatsApp...etc)

(no cold-calling or anything of that sort!)

- Assist clients in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles based on their criterias

- Coordinate and arrange 1st tuition lesson for clients and tutors

- Follow-up with any necessary administrative support and after-sales service

- Familiarize with and utilize custom-made company software which is focused on automation

ASEAN Policy Research:

• Stay abreast of ASEAN policies, regulations, and economic developments, providing regular updates and briefings to the CEO.
• Conduct in-depth research on key issues impacting the ASEAN region, summarizing findings for informed decision-making.

Executive Support:

• Manage the CEO's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
• Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating communication and maintaining a professional image.

Meeting Preparation:

• Prepare agendas, documentation, and presentations for meetings involving ASEAN-related matters.
• Attend meetings as required, record minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely execution.

Data Analysis:

• Analyze data related to ASEAN operations and policies, providing insights and recommendations to the CEO.
• Create reports and presentations to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Document Management:

• Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and databases related to ASEAN affairs.

Communication:

• Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and communications related to ASEAN matters.

Relationship Building:

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform account receivables transaction, including verifying and posting of receivable data
