The Role

The position will provide office administrative duties and HR support to employees at our Singapore office while assisting the Enterprise Services team with various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Office Admin

• Collaborate with building management, managing their portal, raise and submitting requests to the management company and forwarding circulars to staff.

3. Work with the team and top executives to plan and create marketing and future sales strategies.
4. Do regular reports of agent visits, complaints, etc. Analyze previous sales data trends to design sales strategies and set sales goals.
5. In charge of handling BSP whenever required.

Job Requirements

1. Experienced in GDS System, preferably Amadeus / Galileo will be an advantage.
2. Knowledge in ticketing system is a bonus.
3. Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply.
