About the role
As a Business Support Executive at Knight Frank, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, working closely with the Managing Director to keep things running smoothly. From managing schedules and creating impactful presentations to coordinating key business activities, this role offers you the opportunity to showcase your organizational skills and be a pivotal part of our success.
What you will be doing:
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Managing Director, including managing appointments, organizing meetings, preparing expense claims, and generating reports.
- Create compelling fee proposals, PowerPoint presentations, and materials for tender interviews, ensuring professionalism and impact.
- Prepare detailed reports and polished presentation materials for board meetings, while recording accurate meeting minutes for timely distribution.
- Coordinate and prepare requests, review documents for accuracy and compliance, and efficiently manage Managing Agent agreements and other administrative tasks.
- Handle incoming correspondence, including emails and calls, responding or redirecting inquiries as necessary.
- Assist with various tasks as assigned by the Managing Director to ensure the seamless execution of day-to-day operations.
We’re looking for someone who’s:
- Able to manage multiple priorities efficiently and with attention to detail.
- Has excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Demonstrates initiative in problem-solving and takes ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Meticulous in reviewing documents and ensuring accuracy in all deliverables.
- Thrives in a dynamic environment and can seamlessly manage ad-hoc duties.
