Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting

• Report to Financial Controller who is a qualified CPA / Chartered Accountant
• Liaise and coordinate with outsourced accounting firm on finance matters.

Administration

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business fields
• 2 years experience preferably from service / hospitality / healthcare / retail industry.
• Recent university or polytechnic graduates in relevant fields without work experience but with good attitude and academic records are welcome to apply.

• Coordinate & arrange 1st tuition lesson between client and tutors

Job Duties:

• Issue Purchase Orders, liaises, monitors, co-ordinates, follow-up with suppliers
• Data entry, scan and filing of documents by ensuring accuracy in prices and records
• Prepare invoices, delivery orders and perform data entries in SAP
• Manage inventory list in excel and SAP
• Answering phone calls
• Provide support for projects via generation of QR etc.
• Work closely with supply and operation teams to ensure smooth project deliveries
• Maintain records for changes and updates on drawings
• Handle customer’s inquires and follow-up on sales
• Provide general office admin support being assigned by manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related studies with at least 2 years of relevant experience
• Ability to multi-task within tight deadlines
• Good organizing ability, meticulous and results-oriented with minimum supervision required.
• Proficient in MYOB and MS Office
• Basic knowledge of MYOB, prior accounting experience, or electrical knowledge will be an advantage
• Minimum 2 years of related experience
• Able to start work in short notice
