4 weekdays – 2.00-10.00pm
1 weekend– 8.30am – 6.30pm (Sunday)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Chemistry Tuition Center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth operations within the center.

Responsibilities:

1. Answer Calls and Messages: Handle incoming calls and messages promptly and professionally.
   Respond to inquiries, provide information about our services, and address customer concerns effectively.
   
2. Customer Service:Greet students, parents, and visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner.
   Assist in resolving customer issues, ensuring a positive experience for all.
   
3. Data Entries:Accurately input and maintain student records, attendance, and other relevant data.
   Assist in organizing and updating the center's databases and filing systems.
   
4. Punctuality and Meticulous Work:Ensure punctuality for assigned work hours, especially on Sundays.
   Perform tasks with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
   

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in administrative roles or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in using office software and basic computer skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with educational settings is a plus.

Full Time

- Fully in charge of Branch

- 5 days week – 1 weekends (9am-6pm) and 4 weekdays (2pm-9pm)

- Attend to enquires & answer phone calls, walk-in enquiries & emails

- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.

- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.

- Provides information by answering questions and requests.

- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Role: Customer Admin Officer

Duration: 12 months contract - renewable based on demand

Location: Pasir Panjang, Singapore

· Update of Payment Status of credit card, PayNow payments into the system.

· Study financial details in supporting documents

· Verify financial details against supporting documents

· Amend incorrect financial details and update passed status

· Verify financial grading and process GSR details for approval

· Educate applicants on achieving the desired grading

· Advise applicant on submission of GSR online

· Report and liaise with GeBIZ Service Centre on system encountered problem for prompt resolution.

· Contact, email and follow up with applicant on submission of supporting document and payment

· Track all GSR applications, timely till closure as per SLA

· Collate daily, weekly and monthly statistics for reporting to Ministry of Finance.
