RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Proofread and revise drafts of legal documents, based on advice from Japan legal team.
• Research, analyse and interpret laws and regulations in legal documents.
• Record keeping of electronic and hard copy filing of legal documents.
• Prepare legal and management reports.
• Respond to all law-related queries from internal stakeholders.
• Cooperate with Japan legal team on various projects, legal research and enforcement of company rules.
• Ensure adherence to company rules with regards to legal documents.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Diploma in Law, Legal Executive
• Efficient administrative and organisational skills
• Ability to grasp and intepret legal documents
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours

Description:

• Install and configure the relevant hardware and software for shops, office and distribution, including products procurement and routine checks
