Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Accounts Receivable duties.
• Handling customers' enquiries as well as performing cashiering duties.
• Processing of invoices and payments.
• Carry out passing of suppliers payment to generate system cheques.
• Assist in the reconciliation of GL and AP analysis.
• Reporting to Finance Manager.

Requirements:

• Min Nitec in Accounting
• No experience needed! (Training will be provided)
• Good communication, interpersonal and organization skills

Working hours : 5.25 days work week (8.30am - 5.30pm) Alt half day Saturday

Job Description

• Perform accounting duties, including receivables and payables processing, general ledger maintenance and bank reconciliation
• Assist on monthly closing and reporting processes.
• Preparation of GST schedules and submission
• Maintain internal records and documentation.
• Assist in administrative and ad hoc duties.

Job Requirements: -

• Minimum ’N’ Level
• Knowledge of handling a full set of accounts will be an added advantage.
• Able to multi-task and pay attention to details
• 3 full working days a week
