Responsibilities

Accounts Payable (AP)

• Assist with processing and organizing vendor invoices.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• This role will support the Manager to oversee the quality of practice and professional practice in the CCKS Team

Deployment Opportunities

As an Assistant Senior Social Worker within the agency, you may be deployed to work with various client groups. We have opportunities in various services which include Individuals & Families, Children & Youth, Mental Health and Seniors.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Casework

• Conduct thorough needs and risk assessments, provide consultations, and support holistic case management.
• Maintain accurate casework documentation, approve case assessments, and support reviews of complex cases.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to develop and monitor case plans, and provide supervisory support for high-risk cases.

Group Work

• Assist in leading therapeutic, psychoeducational, and support group sessions.
• Supervise and evaluate group work activities.

Community Work

• Guide community needs assessments and environmental scanning.
• Assist in the development and implementation of community initiatives.

Programme Development & Implementation

• Support the development of programs to address service gaps and improve service delivery.
• Assist in managing the end-to-end development and delivery of programs.

Professional Leadership

• Ensure adherence to ethical codes and standards of practice within the team.
• Assist in guiding systemic social service delivery.

Research

• Identify gaps and trends for systematic study and assist in research projects.

Other Responsibilities

• Support clinical competency development, manage critical incidents, and prepare reports and projects.
• Provide field supervision and share knowledge for social work/counseling students and mentor new supervisors.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor/Postgraduate Diploma/Masters in Social Work. Additional qualifications in specialized fields are advantageous.
• Be a registered Social Worker or Counsellor.
• 4-6 years’ experience in social work, with a focus on casework, counseling, group work and community work.
• Proficiency in oral and written English, strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities, good clinical and supervision skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as main liaison between customers and service team.

Skills Required:

You will work in the Coating Department and responsible mainly for equipment repair, maintenance and upgrading of equipment in optics coating.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responsible for 24-hour equipment uptime & efficiency.

2. Responsible for the troubleshooting, hands on repair and maintenance, and upgrading of equipment.

3. Assist in sourcing, qualification & installation of new equipment.

4. Preventive maintenance (PM) program to ensure good equipment running condition, minimizing operational downtime & yield losses.

5. Handle equipment such as high vacuum PVD systems, ultrasonic cleaning lines, robotic pick and place, gas delivery systems, acid-stripping benches and sandblaster.

6. Involve in projects to improve equipment efficiency and product yields, using FMEA & SPC techniques and other data analytical tools.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience for NITEC or Technical Certificate.
• No experience is required for Diploma or Degree holder.
• Must pass in electrical subject.
• Normal color vision is required for electrical items checking
• Capable in simple tool, jig, fixture design.
• Experience in High Vacuum and Thin-film coating is preferred.
• Knowledge of instrumentation control, Auto CAD & high vacuum technology, and robotic systems are a plus.

Working Conditions:

1. Must commit to work permanent 12-hour rotating shifts from timing 8 to 8 including weekends and public holidays.

2. Initial start work period will be in morning shift for on -the -job training.

3. Work in Clean aircon room with normal dust coat attire.

4. Wear a tight-fit respirator when needed. Per safety rule, require clean shave facial hair

5. Exposed to low-level alpha radiation emission coming from coated accessories, with safety measures in place per NEA safety requirement.
