Job Description

The research assistant will report to the PI and work closely with the research team and various stakeholders. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Literature review: Conducting reviews of existing literature to further develop the study design and perform comparative analyses.
• Data collection and management: Assisting in gathering data through surveys and interviews.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in social sciences, public health, psychology, anthropology, or a related field. Diploma holders with relevant research experience may be considered.
• Work experience: Prior work experience (at least 1 year) and familiarity with qualitative research methods and best practices is preferred. This includes but is not limited to conducting interviews, transcribing, thematic analysis and grounded theory research. Candidates without experience are welcome to apply.
