Driver - Responsibilities

The work scope for the above job title is as but not limited to the following:

1 The main task of the Driver is to drive the Company lorry to pick up workers, to or from site, office and dormitory etc.

1.1 The Driver must drive the vehicles to the required work sites punctually.

2 Usage of Company vehicles

2.2 The Driver must understand that the Company’s vehicles and attached cash cards are solely to be for Company use. Otherwise, costs will not be reimbursed.

3 Safety

3.1 The Driver must drive and operate the vehicles in a safe manner in accordance to local laws.

3.2 If there are loads on the vehicles, the Driver must ensure the loads are properly secured in accordance with local laws and regulations.

3.3 The Driver must inform the Director or PIC immediately that he is involved in an accident while driving or operating the vehicle. This includes causing damage to third party property.

3.4 The Driver should understand that if the accident is caused by the Driver’s negligence, the Company is entitled to pursue part or all of the claims from him.

3.5 The Driver should also understand if he incurs any traffic offences due to his own negligence, the Company is entitled to pursue part or all of the claims from him.

4 Servicing and Maintenance

4.1 The Driver is to inform the Company if any of the vehicles are unsafe to operate and require repairs. The Driver must not operate the vehicles in such situation.

4.2 The Driver will drive the vehicle to the Company appointed workshop for servicing and maintenance. The Driver will also pick up the vehicle when servicing and maintenance is completed.

4.3 The Driver will drive the vehicles to Inspection Centres as required.

• Responsible for the brand development work of the catering brands.
• Develop marketing strategies and plans, advertising, promotions, creative projects, media relations, sponsorships and event management.
• Develop revenue and profit growth strategies for the business and take charge of the tactical execution of the brands’ marketing communication initiatives in support of the business strategy, market goals, and organizational objectives.
• Leads, coordinates campaigns and communications through all phases of launch and maintenance, including reporting, analysis and optimization.
• Collaborate with internal business partners like Operations, F&B and Finance teams to ensure that all initiatives support the brand promise.
• Develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and communications, including print, and digital assets
• Monitor and improve ROI using strategic and analytical approach
• This role requires a strategic and analytical approach to monitoring and improving ROI.
• Prepare and manage budgets for various marketing and branding initiatives to achieve cost efficiencies.
• This is an ideal role for an experienced, organized and detail-oriented marcom professional with a strong background in FMCG/retail environment.
• Any other tasks as and when assigned by immediate superiors

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree / Diploma in Mass Communication / Marketing or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant brand management and marketing experience, preferably in the F&B/ FMCG industry
• Meticulous with an eye for detail
• Willing to roll up sleeves and work on the ground to ensure the success of all projects delivery
• Highly creative with experience in creating content and digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Proactive with a strong sense of accountability and a day-to-day focus on results.

You shall be responsible to assist the shipyard project team in the management of all purchase requisitions and provide administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the project team to ensure purchase requisitions are keyed into the Workday system in a time and accurate manner.
• Work closely with the purchasing team on follow up matters related to purchase requisitions.
• Assist project team in follow through of the purchase requisitions including liaising with requestors and users.
• Provide administrative support to the project team together with existing administrative staff.

Basic Requirements

• Minimum GCE O Level / Diploma in business or related field of study.
• Effective communication skills in written and spoken English.
• A team player who is organised and possesses good initiative.
• Proficient in relevant Microsoft Office programs.
