Qualifications:

• High School or equivalent education.

• 3 years previous experience in a similar role/ shipping industry.

• Computer skills.

Duties and Responsibilties :

• Cooperating with the General Manager
• Analytical thinking, planning and organizational skill
• Assist and providing support to leadership with strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, organizational development, policies and procedures
• Maintaining office tools and equipment
• Management of the office, including day-to-day management of the office staff and office administration
• Understand the finance and commercial process to handle financial and commercial matters
• Ensuring that all office workflows are carried out in a timely and accurate manner
• Cooperating with members of the organization
• Able to work independently as well a team
• Perform necessary other administration required for client and or government.

Key Criteria / Requirement :

• Possess developed organizational skills
• Minimum of a Diploma Degree in business administration or similar
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in project, commercial, and operation.
• Great interpersonal and excellent communication skills , both writing and verbal communication
• Have working experience in the elevator company and be familiar with the characteristics and knowledge of elevators.
• Proficient in English and Chinese
• Ability to multi-tasking and work under pressure
• Adaptability, ability to quick learn in fast rate and problem solving skill

Summary of role requirements:

6 days work week : Monday to Saturday ( 9 AM - 6 PM )
